I’m a brand-builder, movement-maker and a firm believer in the power of story. As Airbnb’s first communications hire, I was the person who convinced Conan O’Brien to list his stage on Airbnb, who drove across four countries in one night to hire an agency, and appeared as a guest on Good Morning America (among many other things). My work helped create the global Sharing Economy movement, a new travel category, and a household name brand. I’m really proud of that.
Story led me to explore the connection between brand and culture. This inquiry led me to build culture programs, employee experience and engagement and executive leadership coaching and training. I work alongside executives leading bad-ass companies in consumer technology, entertainment, climate tech and fintech. Past work includes Airbnb, Abstract, Earnest (acquired by Navient), Expensify, Camus Energy, Clue, HVR, Kift, NEWNESS, Oakley, Ticketfly (acquired by Eventbrite), Simple, Sonos, and TRASH (acquired by VSCO).
When I’m not working with clients, I write for ForbesWomen, and contribute to All Raise. I co-founded New Orleans-based plant store FAIT.
